7. Hafenmeister.App – use of the platform

When you use Hafenmeister.App, personal data is processed. Under data protection law there are two separate responsibilities. The controller named above is responsible for your user account, your sign-in and the operation of the app. The harbour you have joined is the controller for the data it manages about its berth users, that is berth and membership, boat, crane appointments, orders and invoices; we process that data on the harbour's behalf under Article 28 GDPR.
